Just FYI, NPR (no paywall) has exact same results at NYT... and then have a nice county by county breakdown.
I’ve been watching NPR and VA SOS for an hour or so. I have not seen any weird happenings.. probably is numbers are floating around from everywhere.
CNN and NPR’s numbers seem stuck at their percentages for a long time. C’mon, this stuff shouldn’t take more than 30 min compile database results.
