None of those ancient wonders that are found everywhere in Europe, Asia and the Americas exist in sub-Saharan Africa. There is the citadel of flat stones known as Zimbabwe which was largely the notion of what it should have looked like by a 19th century missionary that rebuilt it.

No but Thomas Sowell does in his cultures trilogy, I forget which book. He blames the geography of Africa that has a smooth coast and no ports there fore seafaring, and the cultural intermingling that occurred in Europe and in Asia was not practiced. The tribes stayed primitive and isolated.
