Senator Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., claimed that the U.S. still doesn't have an FDA-approved vaccine as he exposed what was really approved by the government agency on "Fox News Primetime."
SEN. RON JOHNSON: We do not have an FDA-approved vaccine being administered in the U.S. The FDA played a bait and switch. They approved the Comirnaty version of Pfizer drugs. It’s not available in the U.S. They even admit it. I sent them a letter three days later going "What are you doing?" What they did is they extended the emergency use authorization for the Pfizer drug vaccine that’s available in the U.S., here that’s more than 30 days later, they haven’t asked that very simple question. If you’re saying that the Pfizer drug is the same as the Comirnaty, why didn’t you provide FDA approval on that? So, there’s not an FDA-approved drug and, of course, they announced it so they could push through these mandates so that people actually think, "Oh, OK now these things are FDA approved." They are not and again, maybe they should be, but the FDA isn’t telling me why.

All drugs have 3 names - a chemical name, a common or generic name, and a brand name.
A drug does not receive a brand name legal for marketing purposes until it has a license for use granted in the US by the FDA. The license for use is commonly called “approval”, but it is correct that the official FDA action is not “We approve this drug”, but rather is, “we grant this drug a license for purpose X”.
The Pfizer mRNA vaccine is licensed for prevention of SARS CoV 2 infection for persons aged 16 and above, and its use of the stupid brand name (Comirnaty) is now permitted.

It isnt over yet, we will see how the lawsuits go. If nothing comes of them, when they rightfully should by a,, rights show neg,ingenue and ends Gering the public while hiding the facts, then we can say it’s over. For now there is still I think a glimmer of hope.
Any company that came out with a drug that had known dangerous side effects, who hid the trials and results, woild be sued into near oblivion, with the left likely leading the way in the suits, but with this whole vaccine crap, there truly is something evil going on with all the cover up by nearly everyone, pharmacies, big tech, msm, medical personnel all over the world, leaders of countries who ban effective medicines while demanding people get vaxxed etc. Australia becoming marxist by exploiting the virus etc etc etc
How evil? That remains to be seen. If lawsuits get nowhere when people are dropping like flies after getting vaxxed, then we will know just how evil the whole thing really is. Ahbe it is a.ready over, but we Will see
