How about personal experience

Is that good enough.....a good bit of it...I’m very tall...normal weight but my skeletal system is fubar

Multiple heart surgeries etc

Other pain ailments

Don’t like booze so that’s out...I work 70-80 hours every week on the go...I have to be fluid

Fentanyl lacks the euphoria of opiates although it has some

Fentanyl is a synthetic with similar compound design to opiates

Like my posts reiterated....fentanyl is dirt cheap...heroin isn’t.

Fentanyl dulls pain and makes one sleepy with some high

Morphine has a high

Heroin as I recall from snorting it 55 years ago is extremely euphoric

I’ve had a lot of surgery and live with RA and spondylysis cervical

Pretty sharp on pain med properties

I turned down fentanyl patches years ago

Too strong....dulles u out

Opoids in moderate therapeutic dosage don’t do that...they just lubricate and turn down the volume of pain

And idiosyncratically in reasonable doses give one energy

Personal experience is perfectly acceptable. Thanks for the prompt reply.

I’m told cocaine used to be cut with lidocaine. Lidocaine doesn’t have the same psychoactive effect, but has similar pain dulling effects.

I bet a cocaine addict and a heroin addict both associate the pain dulling with the high, and adding some pain dulling to a lower does of either gives the psychological effect of a higher high.

Just my guess.
