Black vaccination numbers are very low due (presumably) to lack of trust in government. Requiring vaccine to participate in many areas of society will hit black communities very hard.

The government has used them as unwitting test subjects before and unlike whites, who have also been used as unwitting test subjects, it is not swept under the rug but is paraded as systemic racism.
