I am sure that like myself most people here on FR came to this conclusion after the first two or three months. Has my family been more careful around elderly and people with comorbidities? YES. Have we lived life normally otherwise?YES. There are two realities right now. Those like me who have accepted this and the other half who will continue to live in fear, judgement, and disappointment. This is not going away.

It seems to me that more and more medical “experts and authorities” are speaking out on endemic vs pandemic and this is a good sign that pushback against the ridiculous politicization of medical science has begun.

In the comments, most were in agreement with the author.

In an endemic, no matter what you do or anyone else does or does not do, everyone is eventually going to get infected (with a 99.7% recovery rate). Read the article again.
