Well, I posted in haste ... the scam is even more interesting.
There are two products with different names. The products are the same, but they have different names. The new name is approved, the other one is still under the EUA.
The FDA is having it both ways. The old name can’t be marketed as approved, but the same thing under the new name is approved.
OH I thought maybe it was trying to get approved down to 12 year-olds.
