ALBANY, N.Y.—Melissa DeRosa, the top aide to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, said Sunday night she was resigning, as the Democratic governor faces a possible impeachment over sexual-harassment charges as well as a criminal investigation.
Ms. DeRosa was mentioned multiple times in a report issued Tuesday by state Attorney General Letitia James that found Mr. Cuomo violated state and federal sexual-harassment laws when he inappropriately hugged, kissed, touched and commented about 11 women—most of whom are current or former state employees.

Cuomo was not just accused of telling a woman she was attractive.
He was accused of putting his hands inside women’s blouses and feeling their breasts while they were in his office. Cuomo is accused of threatening several women and much worse.
That being said Cuomo’s harassment and assaults on women were going on for years and the women were silenced. The media and Democrats praised Cuomo. Biden said Cuomo was the “gold standard” for governors.
Now all of a sudden the liars in the media are pretending to care.
And no one is talking about how Cuomo forced nursing homes to accept Covid patients and killed thousands of people.
Again the big story is about how the media is so biased towards Democrats and supporters of the Deep State.
It’s like living in the Soviet Union, and only having access to TASS and Pravda.

I’m confused. You are saying that the harassment charges against him amount to nothing more than this? Because that’s what it clearly looks like you’re doing. He wants to pretend that’s all it is, but it clearly is a host of things that go way, way over the line. Your comment makes no sense to me.
What did Ms. DeRosa know and when did she know it? There’s no way she couldn’t have known what was going on in the Luv Gov’s world.

Then the women should have quit or filed charges at the time. There are plenty of grandmas out there who learned to handle this type of harassment with a right hook or slap in the face. Now we consider women powerless.
I never said he was ONLY accused of that. (Go back and look, you will see)
But that is one of the charges. And I think it is a very dumb ‘charge’ and diminishes the severity of the rest.
It’s like the difference between charging someone with murder by driving over someone with their car, and also ticketing them for a broken headlight.
Pure evil, should have resigned LAST YEAR after the Covid murders and lies.

Did I say he ONLY was accused of that? Is so, point it out to me. Be careful not to knee-jerk your reaction to a comment, without understanding it.
They made a big deal about hi telling a nurse she looked attractive- when the OTHER charges are so much worse. This could confuse people into thinking that he wasn’t so bad, if all he did was compliment someone.
You just fell for it too. I made no comment about the other charges. I just think they should have left this one out - since it diminishes the seriousness of the other ones.
This was all a head fake designed to distract from the nursing home murders, which would have brought down five Dem governors. It’s working like a charm; it’s all anyone is talking about. Cuomo stays in office because “he said she said” cannot be proven in court, and the nursing home murders will go away quietly.
Because THEY did- and the ridiculousness of such a minor charge piled in with all the serious charges makes an incongruency in peoples minds.
It’s like charging someone with murder but discussing how they got a traffic ticket too.
"Back in the day" before liberals went insane, I worked for a home improvement company and during the olympics, a bunch of women would sit at a table in the cafeteria and in front of each woman was a couple of 8x10 sheets of paper. Each paper had a number on it and as the guys walked out of the cafeteria the women would hold up a number which rated the guys on their looks. NO ONE got offended, no one complained, no one cried, no one ran home to their room in their mommy's basement, no antifa burned the place down, no BLM losers protesting, no one was "cancelled", etc etc etc, it was just good clean fun, everyone got a laugh and life went on until the next time the olympics rolled around and then, rinse, repeat!
Also I think there may still be Cuomo loyalists on the news (like his brother) and so if they ONLY bring up the most minor of his charges then they may be thinking they can still let him skate over this.

I'm beginning to think that "I WON'T RESIGN" Cuomo will resign this Friday to avoid the inevitable impeachment if he dos not. His top aides know this.
