WASHINGTON (AP) — Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell implored unvaccinated Americans Tuesday to take the COVID-19 shot, issuing a stark and grave warning of a repeat of last year’s shutdowns if people refuse to protect themselves from the coronavirus.
McConnell urged Americans to ignore the “demonstrably bad advice” coming from pundits and others against the vaccines. As caseloads skyrocket, he noted that nearly all the new virus hospitalizations in the U.S. are among people who have not been vaccinated.
“If there is anybody out there willing to listen: Get vaccinated,” McConnell, R-Ky., said at his weekly press conference at the Capitol.
“These shots need to get in everybody’s arms as rapidly as possible or we’re going to be back in a situation in the fall that we don’t yearn for — that we went through last year,” he said. “This is not complicated.”
McConnell has been one of the most outspoken members of his party in urging vaccinations to stop the virus spread, speaking often in his home state of Kentucky of the need for people to get the shot.

This dork should be pressing like hell for audits in a very few states that might get Republicans the majority in the Senate before any election. But here he is, working for team-China.
I hope audits CAN get the Republicans the Senate majority they should have. But I hope this turd, McConnell, is flushed from leadership more than anything.

McConnell is an infiltrator who really works for the same masters that the democrats work for. No surprise here.
Mitch can shove it.
An administration that has shown itself to be easily influenced by foreign and domestic bribes and extortion.
An administration that has been demonstrably callous to the lives of unborn children.
An administration wielding and coaching a willing media megaphone to amplify constant misinformation (viz. Russia collusion, peaceful protests, etc. ad nauseam).
This same administration all but mandates that our God-given bodies be injected with an experimental vaccine to combat a man-made virus introduced to the world by a foreign enemy.
Then they look in wonderment and disgust at those who balk at their urgings!
They belittle and silence those who have questions about haste in manufacturing, conflicting reports of efficacy, and the proven potential for short term or long term injury.
This is a great time to be alive, and to have reason and senses. It is also the right time for the tree of liberty to be watered.

The ONLY constant I can see is they are relentlessly PUSHING for EVERYONE to be vaccinated.

It is like the whole of the world has forgotten about the human immune system and the benefits it provides.

Maybe to keep you from getting really sick? In the US 99% of Covid deaths and 97% of hospitalizations are among the unvaccinated.
The vaccines aren't perfect but they're extremely good at preventing severe disease.
