The Russian president issued the stark warning during a televised Q&A on Wednesday, during which he also boasted that even if Russia had sunk HMS Defender it would not have caused World War Three.

Putin boldly claimed his navy could have attacked the ship in the Black Sea because the West knows "full well that they can't win in that war".
During his annual “Direct Line” call in show, in which citizens can submit queries for the president, he spoke of how the “period of unipolar world is over”.
“No matter what sanctions are imposed on Russia, no matter what the scaremongering, Russia is developing and in some respects our country has surpassed the European countries and even the US,” he said.
While Putin said the nation would not be taking steps that would be harmful to themselves, he said if boundaries were crossed, they would find “asymmetrical ways” to respond.
“I hope the United States will change this attitude not only towards us, but also towards their other allies,” he said.
Putin went on to say that the world was “changing dramatically” - something he said the United States understood.

“On the other hand,at all costs,they are trying to maintain their monopoly position. Hence their threats and sanctions come out."

To give credit, the leaders of Russia and China have competent, intelligent men. Think about the collection of cretins currently in charge of our country and the media. No, don’t think about it, it’s dangerous to our health.
With both Russia and China rattling their swords, who would you rather have leading in the Oval Office? Trump or Biden? Hmmmm... shouldn’t be a hard choice.

Trump said several times something like …. wouldn’t it be better if we got along with Russia than if we were enemies. For that Trump was vilified and was attacked for “colluding with Russian The Dems and the Uniparty Republicans will stop at nothing to bring our country down.
…and to relocate impoverished Latin America to the US.
No reason for us to be enemies, we weren’t enemies with Czarist Russia, and they certainly weren’t saints.

I have no special problem with Putin. No one is perfect and some are less so than others. But Putin is not the problem that is destroying our country. The media always waves Putin like a red flag we should charge at. He’s just a distraction.
Remember, the Left never forgave Russia for abandoning Communism.
That really is the point. Once upon a time they were communists who threatened to nuke us. That was when they were awesome, man! The media loved them!
Then they cast aside communism, brought back Christianity, and really dropped the whole “we will nuke you” thing. So, of course, they suck. Media hates them.
Putin knows that there is a “wuss” in the White House. He can antagonize the U.S.A. as much as he wants because he is aware that the wuss will do nothing.
Putin was not saying such things when President Donald J. Trump was in the White House.
Putin, if you’d like to be the richest man in world history come take America. After the initial military engagement, you’d meet very little resistance from the American people. In fact, you’d likely be seen as a liberator by many.
