Former President Barack Obama says he's troubled by the onslaught of new state election laws that have passed in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, adding that rhetoric delegitimizing the voting process is a "threat to democracy."
In a Friday interview with Good Morning America, Obama said, "We're now seeing state legislatures try to further suppress the vote or allow partisan politics to infect voting results and election results. That troubles me."
A number of Republican-led states, such as Texas and Georgia, have introduced new legislation tighten or restricting rules around voting, arguing that these measures would protect the right to vote and combat voter fraud.

As president for 8 year and time as a congressman and senator, and attending some highend universities, you would think he might have learned we are a representative republic and not a democracy.

Fixing the broken Senate means destroying the safety valve of the filibuster in order to steamroll Marxism without anyone to stop them.

That troubles me.” …. . . except when the early voting and greater-than-100% voter “turnouts” in certain cities helped you get “re-elected” in 2012, right Barry? That was infecting voting/election results and suppressing actual votes, but since it helped you, that was good voter suppression.
Frankly, I don’t know why he is worried. We have gun laws nobody pays attention to. We had laws in place for the last election ... and even the SUPREME COURT said those didn’t make a difference. What good are laws that are never enforced ... he need not worry.
If one follows the path the audits produce they will lead to Obama and his handlers...

ObaMao in his ilk thinks voting should be public and counting should be done in secret, by the elites who have a vested interest in the outcome. Normal Americans think voting should be secret and private, but that counting should be public and accountable to ensure the integrity of the process.
