For the past 15 years or so, since the death of Chief Justice Rehnquist, this Court has tended to “split the baby” on cases that constitutional conservatives bring. I don’t see anything other than that happening here.

Count on the Supreme Court to chicken out again just as they have chickened out on every single last thing in the last 6 months.
They will find some way to sidestep this. NY will slightly alter the law to make it moot or the court will say that the petitioner does not have standing.
The deepstate will be all over the Supreme Court, and since the Court is already compromised from the election, it should be much easier now.

how many times does the supreme court need to hear the same court case and decide on it? We have plenty of case law to throw this out.
With the massive blackmail of ‘Justices’ Roberts, Kavenaugh, and Barrett, I wouldn’t be surprised if they ruled that the 2nd Amendment doesn’t say what it says, and that no American, anywhere, has any right to have any gun anywhere. When that happens, the 2nd Civil War will have officially begun. If it hasn’t already.
The USSC is under threat.
If they vote the wrong way, Biden WILL pack the court.
So I expect a narrow ruling at best, and an out right loss for CC more likely.
The Justices like their perqs, and are looking at getting driven out if they fail to play ball.

They will “hear” it? Really, like they were going to hear the TX challenge to the certification. Uh huh. Roberts will hear it in order to decide not to hear it.
.....sadly, I agree.....what part of “concealed carry” don’t these folks understand...?? oh, for the good old days.... I grew up in upstate New York (yeah, true “upstate” not the Clintons’ version of it) and remember during hunting season the guys would pack their rifles in their cars for after-school hunting....those days are long gone, never to return....
Dem’s won’t allow a decision by the supreme court that would affect thug’s income.
