Sometimes, the police will be chasing someone in a car, and the speeds get so high that it poses a huge safety risk. So they stop. Try to get them other ways.

They're already revving up in Portland. It's called a protest - what the he** are they protesting? Just everything in general.

I think he’s guilty. Maybe not all the charges but definitely manslaughter. At the same time, we cannot give in to mob justice. So he should be free on that account. No matter on how much of a criminal he is.
We can think whatever we want personally...that should have been a mistrial over and over again..

Problem is that jurors would still be influenced by events happening from outside unless you take away their cell phones and tvs in their hotel rooms, this is not realistic.
