Here’s a link that starts the video at around the 3:00 mark wherein someone objecting to what the man with the megaphone is saying rushes up and starts trying to pull the microphone away, starts using his bicycle to break the car window, and then shatters the passenger window. Apparently the guy who attacked him is an oncologist Dr. Kim Nguyen Chi who works in the Vancouver area. Looks like he deleted his Twitter account.
