Screenshots provided to the Washington Examiner show a message that his father, Don Gaetz, a former Florida state Senate president, said he received from Kent on March 16. The message proposes “a plan that can make [Matt Gaetz’s] future legal and political problems go away.” Gaetz has denied any relationship with a minor.

I don't know if this is true for everyone, but my IPhone shows the initials and first name of the sender. Under that format, this text came from someone with the initials DG and the first name Don.

No doubt, this was a scheme to get the Father to obfuscate during subsequent questioning by those playing the good guys.

He obfuscates, Boom, Felony one.

Then the use that as leverage to get Matt Gaetz to resign.

It could be a pic from Matt’s phone.

Maybe his dad copied the text HE received, and then sent it to Matt (or, someone with an iPhone).

That would be a reason for DGs initials to be at top....HE sent it (a copy) to someone.
