Trump: 'Supreme Court Should Be Ashamed of Itself' for Rejecting Election Challenges

Former President Donald Trump slammed the Supreme Court for refusing to hear a series of challenges to the 2020 presidential election results, saying the high court "should be ashamed of itself."

Trump blamed mail-in voting changes, that he contends were likely illegal, for his loss to President Joe Biden, during a Tuesday interview on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo.

"The Democrats used COVID to do things they can’t believe they got away with, that they didn’t get their legislatures to approve, and our courts and the Supreme Court didn’t have the courage to overturn elections that should have been overturned," said Trump, who nominated 3 of the court's 9 justices. "Because you’re talking about decisive amounts, hundreds of thousands and even millions of votes.

Amy is a coward. Christians are called to be salt, not trampled culm. She has proved to be worthless in the war for freedom.

Franklin Roosevelt’s rapid conversion from Constitutionalism to the doctrine of unlimited government is an oft-told story. But I am here concerned not so much by the abandonment of states’ rights by the national Democratic Party — an event that occurred some years ago when that party was captured by the socialist ideologues in and about the labor movement — as by the unmistakable tendency of the Republican Party to adopt the same course. […] Thus, the cornerstone of the Republic, our chief bulwark against the encroachment (on) individual freedom by Big Government, is fast disappearing under the piling sands of absolutism.

The Republican Party, to be sure, gives lip service to states’ rights. We often talk about “returning to the states their rightful powers”; the Administration has even gone so far as to sponsor a federal-state conference on the problem. But deeds are what count, and I regret to say that in actual practice, the Republican Party, like the Democratic Party, summons the coercive power of the federal government whenever national leaders conclude that the states are not performing satisfactorily. …

I suspect the Roberts warned the Court's conservative members that they risked having rioters outside their private residences if they agreed to hear any election challenges.

You think Thomas and Alito are scared of Roberts?

It is very difficult to feel or show shame or feel shame whem one has no shame. But they could pretend to show shame, just as Americans pretend that the Constitution still is in effect after the Democrats, with the consent of the Republican Party along with the Federal Court System including the Supreme Court and the Electoral College [Demonstrates how badly they were all wanting to get rid of President Trump] shredded it. And the sheep still go around baaing and pretending they are free. But as they do as they are told, Willie Brown's Lady of the Evening will continue allow them to do that. Until she doesn't.

Finally, as another freeper has suggested, consider that Trump as private citizen actually has more flexibility to deal with many of the nation's problems, including election fraud by desperate Democrats, than if he had remained in Oval Office.

How so?

I wonder what Amy Commie Barrett told all her kids why half the country thinks their mother is traitor and why she could not perform the duties of her job.

Since the supreme traitors didn’t want to dirty their hands by getting involved in politics, they surely won’t mind it when the politics change and they are dumped by politicians.

"How so?"

In my opinion, the separation of powers of the three government branches was probably a stumbling block for Trump. After all, CEO Trump was used to effectively wearing all three hats when building his business imo.

Not that hot and her refusal to hear a single state election case is absurd.

She bought off on Pennsylvania before the election saying she had not time to evaluate.

That was a crock and her inaction to put up a fourth vote, a needed fourth vote to hear an election case is absurd!

If the Supreme Court justices had any ability to be ashamed or remorseful, the would never have stopped the cases from being heard. They couldn’t care less.
