Turn off the water..even if its already frozen.
I left Monday, I don’t know if I can get back until Saturday or Sunday. If it starts flowing I have security cams that might pick it up and get over there to turn it off. Calling 911 is pretty hopeless at this point, 8 hour waits.
Hard to turn a valve off if it’s frozen.
Of course you could put one lead of the ARC WELDER at each end of the line and thaw them out that way (just don’t leave it on to long).
