Todd Hermann seems more of a bulldog than Ken Mathews. Hermann gets stewed in Seattle liberalism and has learned how to spot it and combat it.

I also fear this is the hour where Rush either experiences a miracle, or returns his 'talent on loan'. I'm still praying for divine intervention. But, the Lord knows what we need. He has blessed us with the rich-baritone voice of reason for a long time. Maybe, it's time we take up the mantle and spread the word ourselves?

Rush will be off again tomorrow (Tues Feb 16th) Todd Herman just announced Mark Steyn will be filling in.
This doesn’t bode well for Rush.

I enjoy the sarcasm of Mark Steyn but should Rush not be able to carry on, I’d prefer Dan Bongino as a permanent host.

He’s no substitute for Rush, yet he wins me over w/ his fine sense of humour.
Certainly daily prayers for Rush, for our country, for our real President, and even Christian prayers for our enemies (hopeful they will repent and not cause too much difficulty and problems).
I think joyfully about when Rush got the medal around his neck at the State of the Union address last year. He accepted it so surprisingly and so humbly. What a happy time for him and for us!!
When he first discussed the treatments, he talked about his genetics at the root of his case, and of the particular type of treatment he tried. It turned out that that type was working well, but the side effects were severe enough to probably finish him, so they moved on to others. I am hoping that he had progressed enough to withstand one more try with the prior, more effective treatment, and give his cancer the final kill shot.
That is my hope and I'm sticking to it, unless or until there is other news from him.
Can’t feel the same - Mark is likely a fine gentleman but I just can’t flow with his accent.
Rush is my mentor along with numerous other talk radio guys who listened intently as he showed us how to do it right.
He is irreplaceable but im not ready to write him off lyet since hes the ultimate fighter at whatever he does.
I did talk radio for over 20 years and did 19 episodes the last election cycle.Once its in your blood you never lose the lust for it.
He’s been the leader for decades and no one will take his place.
Its possible,could be the cigars,hard to say. Like Trump I’m not giving up on him until he tells us how it will be.
