The following Republicans voted Guilty:
Burr, Cassidy, Collins, Murkowski, Romney, Sasse, Toomey
The Senate has voted on the Article of Impeachment against Donald Trump for Incitement of Insurrection, failing to reach the 2/3 majority needed, resulting in acquittal.
Some Context...
Burr: Not running for re-election
Cassidy: Just re-elected
Collins: Just re-elected
Murkowski: Up for re-election in 2022
Romney: Up for re-election in 2024
Sasse: Just re-elected
Toomey: Not running for re-election

To put this into prospective....Murdowski is the only one that Trump can dump upon for 2022.
However, in the case of six Senators/states that played into this....Trump could easily show up in Louisiana, Penn, Nebraska and NC....affecting House races, and putting pro-Trump folks into the mix.
In the case of Sasse...he’s finished in 2026. He’ll never get picked up for a cabinet position or interest for VP.
Yet Lindsey Graham is scheduled to go meet with Trump hoping that he can help the republicans win. THIRD PARTY!!!! Let the republicans rot into dust!
Yes, we need to encourage everybody who will listen, that from now on, we must only mention her name with a prominent ASTERISK (*) after it, with a footnote saying:

Yes, that's right, Nancy Pelosi*! You will never, never get away from THE DREADED ASTERISK!

richard burr. There is only one thing good about north carolina... LEAVING IT!!!! BEEN THERE, DONE THAT! Spit the taste out of your mouth, and NEVER, EVER go back! Had I been a little brighter, I would’ve recognized immediately upon tasting what nc denizens call “barbecue”... but, I made the mistake of sticking around a while longer. The people in north carolina falsely praise themselves as being polite, genteel southern people. The truth is that they are no different from any “yankee” I ever met from “new yawk” or “new jewsey”. If you think nc is bad, go up into virginia.
