Governor Andrew Cuomo’s top aide, Melissa DeRosa, who admitted to state Democratic lawmakers that the governor’s administration withheld vital data on nursing home deaths from the U.S. Department of Justice while they were under investigation, now says that they were “comprehensive and transparent” in responding to requests for information from the Justice Department.
New York, along with three other states, was under investigation for the excessive number of deaths that occurred in nursing homes during the pandemic. DeRosa said in the call that the withheld data could “be used against us” in any legal proceeding.
Well, yes, but for what other reason would a criminal deliberately withhold evidence?
“We were in a position where we weren’t sure if what we were going to give to the Department of Justice, or what we give to you guys, what we start saying, was going to be used against us while we weren’t sure if there was going to be an investigation,” DeRosa told the lawmakers.
But today, Cuomo’s office is singing a different tune.

Maybe Ms. DeRosa was given that classic choice: Here’s what needs to be done, toots. Now take the gold or take the lead.
“Hey. You were supposed to keep that in confidence.”
I think Cuomo himself actually came out yesterday and casually dismissed it, saying something like “the Republicans were going to use this against us.” He and De Rosa and two other officials are implicated in conspiring to do this, along of course with numerous lower level employees who had to produce the falsified report.
And this is not just lying to the press, this was lying to the federal government for the purposes of getting money and avoiding accountability. In other words, fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.
I honestly don’t see how even the Dem DOJ can ignore this.
It’s not a good sight to see a woman on her knees groveling. Unless you are in that sort of thing.

The stated reason for moving the Wuhan positive patients back to nursing homes was to avoid overwhelming hospitals. But Trump had ordered a Navy hospital ship to New York Harbor for just this purpose.
So great was their desire to deny Trump any kind of credit or victory that they ignored the ship. Press reports at the time said only three patients were admitted there. Their TDS is the root of their murderous decision.
This could be bigger than the Valachi papers.

Finally of course Fredo and Cristina caught COVID, and Gov Nipplering stumbled for days trying to place Tilly with another relative.
When Cristina was pimping bleach baths and Fredo was isolated down in the basement sick as shit with Chinese virus, a New York elder abuse case should have been reported, after which New York must open a case and investigate, even if the allegation is made anonymously.
The ship got contaminated. It would have been perfect for these folks and I’m sure they would have enjoyed the military folks fussing over them.
