Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys extremist group, has a past as an informer for federal and local law enforcement, repeatedly working undercover for investigators after he was arrested in 2012, according to a former prosecutor and a transcript of a 2014 federal court proceeding obtained by Reuters...The records uncovered by Reuters are startling because they show that a leader of a far-right group now under intense scrutiny by law enforcement was previously an active collaborator with criminal investigators.

Sounds like he was a good citizen and cooperated during an investigation 8 years ago. Sounds like the FBI decided to use that cooperation to discredit him now.
This kind of behavior from the FBI in outing him will ensure that they don’t get very much cooperation in the future from anybody. At this point, I don’t care what the crime was, I would not speak to the FBI.
Now we know why the MSM and RATS knew more about “Proud Boys” than anyone on FR.
You can't trust anybody, or anything today. It's sad, but you have to question everything, and everyone. I retired in 2003. I wouldn't want to have to work in such an environment today.
An Undercover Agent
Is he the black guy who, oops, is head of a group of what the left calls white supremacists? Color me not surprised. As he should not be, being thrown under the bus when his usefulness has expired.
Shocked,
Absolutely.
This kind of behavior hasnt slowed the FBI down any at all since its inception. When you bust someone for something illegal then put the thumbscrews on and tell you we’ve threatened your family and will make you wish you were dead if you screw with us or just send you back to prison to rot if you dont do our bidding. There isnt much voluntary about this type of cooperation.
Hi.
I was in a militia many years ago in VA. No, won’t say which one.
Ten percent of the members were FBI informants.
Yes, I confirmed that through a friend at the FBI. He’s probably retired now, but I won’t ID my friend.

The name never made sense to me. Proud Boys” representing millions of conservatives? Um...no.
Never connected name to anything conservative.
It’s called informing.
Exactly like all the “Tea Party” groups in 2010.
...and the key point is no one on FR ever heard of them until they showed up in Portland, OR.
Ground Zero for Antifa and the most militant of the New DNC.
Coincidence?
I don’t think so.
Ahh, I’m not so sure. The PB’s have been around for a while and come out of the Left Coast. While there’s plenty of Pantifa losers out there, there are also Left Coast Americans who hate them. I can’t speak for Tarrio’s bona fides, but the PB’s aren’t radical or known for violence.
Someone pushing you to be violent is likely an undercover cop...
or working out of a DC dem War Room...
And they’re taking names.
Gavin McInnes formed the Proud Boys in 2016, after trying to teach one of his 21 year old virgin interns how to pick up women. Named after a line from an Aladdin song, “proud of your boy”. It basically grew into a frat, which then volunteered to provide Gavin with security from Antifa abd BAMN types during his appearances.

That’s pretty much where I am at. Didn’t Tarrio smell a rat and tell the PB to stand down and not go to the DC rally? I seem to remember that being in the news. Seems real odd the DS would do that if they controlled the PB.
SET UP At the direction of who? The Democrats? The FBI (they’ve done tgat before in the 60s), tge deep state portions of DOJ and CIA.

agrred I dont like the idea of being an informent but if I think you are going to kill someone I have no problem turning some one in especialy i
You can typically tell who the informants are: they are the ones trying to get people to commit illegal acts.
How does the government get informants? When they arrest someone, he gets told that he will get a good plea bargain IF he manages to help in the arrest of one or more of his associates — hence the motive to try to get people to do illegal things.
Look up the initial entrapment of Randy Weaver, where federal agents hired him to work on a shotgun, which was a quarter inch under the legal minimum.
