The positive PCR test makes a person ‘presumed’, and that ‘presumed’ is rolled into the ‘Probable’ case definitions, according to the CDC. BTW, in over a year I have not seen the false test rate of the PCR test, even after Elon Musk said he took it 4 times and tested false twice, positive twice.
Lowering the PCr count to make Biden look good reduces the false positives; lowering the number of ‘presumed’ cases going forward.

I’m not defending this Doctor, I honestly don’t know if what she states in correct. However, if someone whose views were contrary to the government and big pharma’s position did write a cogent article, who would publish it?
Theree is no reason to doubt anything she says, she quotes death rates for age groups, that she didn’t make up, she says HCQ and Ivermectin used early is an effective treatment along with zinc and inhaled steroids are useful. Then she explains that there are some serious unknowns about the vaccine especially how fertility may be effected. She also notes it is an experimental vaccine. As an side note over 50 deaths in the U.S. from the vaccine, maybe Hank Aaron, and 33 deaths in Norway in people over 80 out of 42,000 shots. This is a world wide assesment of HCQ... c19study.com

No, there are three classifications for COVID-19 diagnosis: suspect, probable, and confirmed. The RT-PCR test is confirmatory laboratory evidence. Anyone testing positive with an RT-PCR test is a confirmed case under the CDC guidelines. Check the sections under "Laboratory Criteria" and "Case Classification".

No. Elon Musk took a rapid antigen test. That is not an RT-PCR test. The rapid antigen test is a faster, cheaper, less accurate test. This is the original tweet. Note the last part where he says "Rapid antigen test from BD."
