With everything that has happened over the last four years, and especially since the November election, I think most FReepers understand where our country is heading. For those who don’t yet fully understand, I believe they will be coming up the awareness curve pretty quickly as the Left continues to implement their plans to fundamentally transform America. I believe a key priority of the Left will be to fundamentally transform the focus of America’s “War on Terror.”
America’s original "War on Terror" commencing in September 2001, focused the American people to rally to defend against and/or defeat "radical Islam." Of course, our political, cultural and media elite never actually called it a war against radical Islam…not wanting to actually offend our actual enemies by using harsh language. It appears now however that the WoT is winding down, at least measured by the number of forces deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq. I read recently that the U.S. is now on its way to having only about 2,500 troops left in each country, with a further 900 still in Syria and a few others scattered about in parts of Africa.
Many FReepers here, including myself, were personally invested in contributing to America’s War on Terror. Many of us sent our sons (mine included), and sometimes our daughters too, to serve in Afghanistan and Iraq. A number of our fellow FReepers also served in these same theatres. While we continue to invest national resources in pursuing this primarily external War on Terror, I believe the nature and focus of all of this is about to change. I’m concerned that many of the tools, tactics, laws, methods and mindset that we saw developed and deployed since 9/11 are going to be applied to what I’m calling Phase 2 of the WoT. I believe Phase 2 is going to be the “War on Domestic Terror.”
In my view much of the national security apparatus put in place over the last twenty years is going to be repurposed by the Left to be used vigorously against suspect Americans. Never mind that the pool of potential and eligible domestic terror suspects makes up half of the country. The apparatus I’m referring to specifically is that of the high tech and integrated surveillance and control state with its drones, its militarized law enforcement, its Patriot Act provisions, its fusion centers, and so forth. Coupled with a social media and news/information grid hostile to conservatives and globalist-obsessed corporations whose leadership consider themselves to be ‘citizens of the world,’ we are facing a multi-headed hydra who’s venom toward us is dripping from many separate, yet still connected, sets of fangs.
The national security apparatus of this country is about to come under the complete control of people who loathe us and by “us” I mean the 75M Americans who elected and continue to support President Trump and his vision to restored America. In their Leftist heads, our support of President Trump is prima facie evidence that we are all potential domestic terrorists. I don’t think it’s too much of a stretch to conclude that the national security state (primarily focused up until now on international, i.e., external terrorism), can and will morph into a domestic security state, with its focus geared to defeating America’s domestic terrorist enemies. Come January 20th, this domestic terrorism security state will begin to take shape and we need to realize that it is going to be under the absolute control of an unclean host of leftist political class functionaries who would like nothing better than to see conservative Americans either culturally, socially and politically marginalized, re-educated or dead…and maybe not in that order.
Some of the legal scaffolding to move the country into this next phase in the War on Terror (v.2.0 – The War on Domestic Terror), has already been introduced in both houses of Congress. Senate bill S.894 – “Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2019” has been introduced and sponsored by all of the usual senatorial suspects: https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/senate-bill/894/text. (There is a similar bill pending in the House: https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/1931). This bill is To authorize dedicated domestic terrorism offices within the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to analyze and monitor domestic terrorist activity and require the Federal Government to take steps to prevent domestic terrorism.
From humble beginnings come oppressive agencies and bureaucracies dangerous to liberty. The War on Domestic Terror will quickly show itself to be a hungry beast that will want to be fed. I fear that in the coming months this beast will be fed with all of the power and resources it can eat. The design point for these offices will not be to fight a War on Domestic Terror on behalf of the American people but upon half of the American people.
Government’s need to start new wars are always accompanied by the need for media propaganda to capture the minds of the people from: “Remember the Maine!” to “Saddam is hiding weapons of mass destruction” the words were hammered into the American consciousness. Consequently, and in parallel to these Congressional bills, I think it likely that we are going to have the words “Domestic Terrorism” and “Domestic Terrorist” hammered into the public consciousness via all of the Left's media assets, and to see them included in every article, broadcast or editorial to condemn any individual or group who dares to dissent from the Leftist narrative of the reality they wish to impose. “Domestic Terrorist” are words that will be applied liberally (forgive the pun), to many of us in the days, months and years ahead.
A final note about the Left’s use of language. S. I. Hayakawa once said that “the meanings of words are not in the words; they are in us.” To me this suggests that in the heart of a word there is a type of reflection of a heart of the one who uses a particular word. By the words the Left is using to describe us, they are confirming what many of us already know -their hearts are dark. I believe most on the Left understand exactly what they mean when they use words like “domestic terrorists” or “deplorables” or seditious “white nationalists” to describe and demonize those of us who still love our country and fear God. The Left means what it says about us and soon will have all the apparatus of a robust domestic security state to begin the War on Domestic Terror and their words will become action.
So, what does this mean? That Dominion is TOTALLY CLEAN of any election fraud connections?
What about Jovan Pulitzer’s testimony before Georgia lawmakers. During his live testimony before the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections, Pulitzer remotely accessed a Dominion Voting Machine — LIVE during his testimony.
Pulitzer confirmed that the Georgia runoff IS connected to the internet. Note: Dominion’s CEO said that Dominion Machines do not connect to the internet.
He established a two-way communication from a polling pad in a voting center.
Pulitzer also revealed the electronic voting machine was communicating with a vendor in China.
Is Dominion going to demand that Pulitzer apologize or file a lawsuit?

The big difference is the upcoming phase of the campaign will be more kinetic.

Its a depressing read, but quite likely IMHO.
Who exactly leads these combined forces pushing such a dark statist/fascist/oligarch vision for America?
The supporting cast is huge and includes many elements from all levels of business, academia, our vast government, politics. Such a massive group can not plan, or coordinate itself. I look at Joe Biden and realize such a corrupt, decrepit old fool can not be in control.
So who is?
The logistics applied to the education system, to the election, to the entire program has been so well planned and executed that it must have been done by someone with military experience.
China is my bet. Of course a lot of ground work was done before they became a threat, but I believe they are the threat today.
Old question: Who has the most to gain?
My answer is: China.

My memory may be playing tricks on me in that regard but I am sure we all have vivid memories of being shocked (and awed?) at readily we accepted the massive invasions of our bodily persons and the curtailment of civil liberties. And who was subjected to these intrusions and who was exempted.

For years I’ve wondered why the FBI would put our reports that right wing or white nationalists were the greatest dangers to the country for terrorism.
Now I know why. It was pre-emptive false labeling of people they fear may fight back against totalitarianism.
We have been force fed a steady diet of false and conflicting info for so long that the Globalist cabal can literally get away with anything now, the more outrageous and insidious it is, the less it can be exposed or punished because everyone is programmed to believe that reality is a wacko conspiracy theory.
