Ironically, in this other photo of him, I can't help but notice that the head-shape & hairline of the white guy on the right looks a heckuva lot more like the shooter than he does --- 
Like I say ironic because the guy on the right is Steve Scalise, the GOP Congressman whose life David Bailey saved.
The allegedly "shocking" evidence ... which no surprise is the only evidence that this fly-by-night clickbait website offers, is the highly dubious claim that this thing on the right wrist of the shooter --- 
... is one and the same thing as what's seen in several photos of Bailey --- 
Yes, that is *IT*. That is the sum total of their "evidence" to lure you into their clickbait trap (notice you have to click on several links before you actually get to the meat of it .... if you can call it that).
It's the responsibility of this 1-month-old website, and nobody else's job, to back up their claims with convincing evidence. They have definitely not done that.
OTOH, if we're all expected to abide by the ancient rules of Conspiracy Theory, to wit: "I have made this shocking claim and it's up to you to prove me wrong, else I WIN and claim bragging rights - nyah nyah" - then we must submit.
Hey, I will freely admit that I can't definitely prove for certain that the first photo isn't of the Jolly Green Giant, or Nancy Pelosi in a wig. So .... am I allowed to claim either of those as the true identity of the shooter, and under the Marquis of Queensbury Conspiracy Rules, claim I must be right because you can't prove otherwise?
My biggest regret is that I clicked on this clickbait website and gave them traffic & ad revenue, just to show you how full of it they are.
