The same ROE that contemplates someone breaking into my home and I, looking down a dark hallway, see some people coming toward me.
I have no where else to go and my loved ones are behind me.
I shoot.
Later it is learned the one person I shot is unarmed.
How am I to know and if you deem it wrong, then when would I have been justified in defending the lives of my loved ones and my own?
There were police armed with rifles directly behind her who didn't see her as a threat.
Those that shot her were guarding an empty area.
Our gutless congresscritters were long gone.
