@ChadPergram

GOP OK Sen Inhofe: To challenge a state’s certification, given how specific the Constitution is, would be a violation of my oath of office—that is not something I am willing to do and is not something Oklahomans would want me to do.

Very important thread to read.

As President Donald Trump’s 2nd term approaches, I remain a happy warrior confident of righteous victory.

I write today of how my theory (theory, okay?) regarding his secret counter-intelligence (CI) military campaign, a Great Unmasking on the whole-of-government with respect to foreign interference, has been carried out to total success.

Rest assured, a similar CI operation has been undertaken with our corporate entities – especially Big Tech.

Sen. Inhofe: "To challenge a state’s certification... would be a violation of my oath of office"

Looks like to me Sen. Inhofe, that the Constitution says, that the "manner" of a state's certification, is by the state legislatures. It is the state's legislatures that "direct" the electors.

So you would NOT be correct, Sen Inhofe.

To be more accurate, the cowards step back.

They are not cowards. Look how hard they fight against the wishes of their voters for Team China and not Team USA. This is what institutional corruption looks like.

"To challenge a state’s certification... would be a violation of my oath of office"

Thats a very simplistic thing to say and a very general position to take. What he really said does not make ANY sense at all. What he really said was "To challenge a state’s certification that was arrived at by using fraudulent vote data from rigged ballot machines...would be a violation of my oath of office"

The math doesn't work now does it??

Some time ago, OK had two great senators, Dewey Bartlett and Don Nickles. Since then, not at all.

Thats’s a blanket statement.

Would have been best he not say anything.

Actually most politicians should not say anything.

From what I know about Oklahomans, you’re wrong, dude. However...just to make it look like there are two political parties, the rats will install guys like him during the next fake election.

Senate Oath of Office

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

So how does doing nothing to prevent a fraudulent election defend the constitution? We all know it doesn't. Another GOP creature that has no spine.

Agreed. I liked Nickles. Had no opinion one way or the other about Bartlett, but certainly didn’t dislike him the way I do the two current sell-outs.

To challenge a state’s certification, given how specific the Constitution is, would be a violation of my oath of office

The Constitution says nothing at all about the governor of a state certifying presidential electors. NOTHING. According to the Constitution, the state legislatures are to appoint them. When the legislatures fail to appoint the electors themselves, they invite others to pick for them. That is the constitutional problem.

Sen. Inhofe: “To challenge a state’s certification, even if fraudulent... would be a violation of my oath of office”

is that what you are saying?
