Because the antibody cocktail should be an IV infusion doesn’t mean someone could put it in a syringe. Mistakes happen.
Not like that if you pay attention to what you are doing. The injected amount of vaccine is .5cc. the smallest Iv infusion i know it is 50cc 2 orders of magnitude at least. that is more than a simple error
