Across America, breaking the law often means there are no consequences anymore: As our political class gets more criminal, we’re seeing a shift in values that can only have terrible outcomes for ordinary Americans

You're right-the US has had problems in the past... but those problems were never irreversible.

Hell-we even recovered from a Civil War!

But, I don't know how we can walk back from a successful coup... perpetrated by both parties!!

Liberals openly and proudly say it's a challenge to the President.... but that's really to disguise. The challenge is aimed at Americans everywhere.... now and forever.

That constitutes an insurmountable obstacle to all our futures.

And we thought “Escape From New York” was merely hollyweird entertainment.

When my folks pick me up at SeaTac they drive south down around Olympia and up the Hood Canal rather than drive through Seattle to the ferry which shortens the drive home.

When asked how he came to make New York City one of the safest big cities in America after decades of soaring crime rates, Giuliani said he was a “disciple” of the creators of the Broken Windows theory, the late James Wilson and George Kelling, who was then, a consultant with the New York Police Department.

According to their theory, which came to be regarded as axiom by police departments nationally and internationally, police forces can discourage serious crime and improve public safety by thoroughly addressing more minor offenses that affect residents’ quality of life.

“I started studying it in 1981 when I helped put together the Violent Crime Task Force for President Reagan, with Professor Wilson,” said Giuliani, who served as associate attorney general under Reagan. “It’s really [from] James Q. Wilson and George Kelling, and Bill and I were disciples of theirs.”

Giuliani said the theory “doesn’t have to be rigidly enforced. When they call it ‘zero tolerance,’ that’s sort of a media exaggeration. You don’t enforce every rule, you don’t enforce it, you don’t enforce a rule against fare beating in the same way you do the laws against homicide.”

WE NEED TO GO BACK TO ENFORCING THE BROKEN WINDOWS POLICY.

When asked how he came to make New York City one of the safest big cities in America after decades of soaring crime rates, Mayor Rudy Giuliani said he was a “disciple” of the creators of the Broken Windows theory, the late James Wilson and George Kelling, who was then, a consultant with the New York Police Department.

It’s only a matter of time before things get hot, you an see it all around. Have an honest conversation with a stranger, you’ll be amazed at the anger the harbor. It’s reaching the flash point and I don’t think it can be avoided.

In California is it OK to steal up to $900 without any penalty. Or commit what are termed misdemeanors.

However, it is still illegal to use the wrong pronoun when addressing someone and it is still illegal to offend one of the special people even when using normal everyday words. The person only has to believe they have been offended for you to be charged with a hate crime /s

Millions of Americans do not understand what's happing in the USA right now. Many are good people who are in denial, are not paying attention, are not intelligent enough to comprehend it, have been brainwashed, or for some other reason do not understand it.

Many however know exactly what's going on. They approve--even encourage it. They hate the USA, consider it an evil nation that must be destroyed, and seek its destruction.

People who love America--honest, intelligent, benevolent people--the only people who understand and acknowledge what's happening--can only gasp in horror and pray for a miracle:

The American People, the American Republic, and the American Dream have never been in greater danger.

What the future will bring, no one knows. Maybe someone--someone smarter than I am--can see a clear path to take. I hope so. Right now, I can't.

I agree with your conclusion except that there will soon no longer be anything to consider, and vigilante and street justice (along with plain old settling scores) will become the norm...It is the natural consequence of a broken legal system and just human nature...Sometimes referred to as anarchy...

All as designed to happen in the furtherance of the breakdown of societal norms in America to aid in its planned downfall.

We have always had criminals in politics but I feel when the clintons showed up it ballooned to big time corruption.
