Trump must act, and act now while he still has the power of the office of POTUS. He should follow Sidney Powells advice to declare a state of emergency to impound voting machines across the country.
What could possibly be more important to the survival of the Republic than the defense of a free and fair election? A 90%+ majority of Republicans believe that the election was stolen, and even 30% of Democrats agree. With over 70 million Americans feeling that the election is fraudulent, we are heading quickly toward banana republic status.
Can there be a clearer case of a state of emergency?
And the fraudsters are thumbing their noses at us. In Arizona, the Maricopa County election board is openly defying subpoenas issued by the state's Legislature to examine voting machines. The Epoch Times reports that a "Georgia Official Warned Counties Not to Grant Open Record Requests for Voting Software."
The courts have failed us. Trump's team has not been allowed to present evidence to any court in the land. And his legal team is caught in a Catch-22; they can't gain access to the real evidence until they come up with concrete proof of fraud. David Shafer's election contest showing that thousands of Georgia votes were unlawfully cast was filed on December 4 and has still not been assigned to a judge.
The SCOTUS dismissed the Texas lawsuit and has slow-walked other challenges by the Trump team. Why? Because they would rather ignore the real concerns of tens of millions of voters than make a controversial decision.
Who is looking after the 70 million or more Americans who cast their ballots for Trump? Certainly not the SCOTUS, or the MSM, or the swamp. And not career politicians in either party.

I don’t know about you, but this is what I’ve been observing ....
If the government impounds the voting machines and finds after careful review that Biden actually did get the votes he claims, that would at least give the people some reassurance that the process was fair and above board. But all we see are election officials across the country desperately trying to hide something. Why?
If these election officials have nothing to hide, they should welcome such an executive order and fully support a detailed forensic review of the election results. So would the Biden team, if they truly believe they won fair and square.
It has nothing to do with Trump any more. It has to do with integrity of the process. You are EXACTLY right.
If there was any real evidence of fraud and those machines have been connected to the internet, that evidence is gone.
Gone to Frankfurt that is.
With all due respect, I am getting tired of hearing and reading “the purpose is to insure fair elections.”
That sounds great, but if you prove malfeasance in this election what is fair about ignoring it and saying “we will do better next time?”
If Trump won (and he did) justice would demand that he have a second term. Too many who want to appear to be on our side are getting away with this crap.
Fraud is fraud. Fraudulent results should never be accepted - especially in something as important as a national election. If they cheated they did not win.

Its just another worthless document. Nothing but political window dressing. If it was real it would have been invoked by now.
Just who will he get to impound these machines and where will he put them? The FBI?
Which is why the prime thrust has been either 1) change of process (where in important swing states electoral processes were changed when they shouldn’t have and that gave Biden an advantage); or 2) affidavits from people, basically sworn statements clawing X, Y or Z happened. Those are the main things used when it comes to trying to get legal or legislative action, and unfortunately so far unsuccessfully.
Now, in the media briefings and TV you have seen people bring something like mention of machines that automatically change votes through algorithms that deduct from one and give to another; but you don’t see such statements in most actual court cases. If you go to blogs and such, you’ll even hear of tales such as ballots printed in China, allegations that one can catch fraud by comparing watermarks, raids by Delta Force in Germany to snatch servers that resulted in a shootout with the CIA, and of course don’t forget the Kraken.
The fact that those don’t make it to actual legal or legislative sessions is all I want to say about them ...
I’ve always maintained that the enemy is not stupid. They cannot plan a massive fraud at the national level, putting in place nefarious stratagems aimed at taking over one of the most important processes in the world ...and then expect that after all that they were plain dumb to leave evidence laying around for junior detectives to sift through! Unlikely, which is why I think the whole ‘dominion machine’ angle is nice but will ultimately be a waste of time.
But all the same, let the machines be audited. Who knows, we may be lucky.
As for martial law being instituted, the military handling a recount of the vote in swing states, suspension of habeas corpus, governors in Georgia and other swing stages being dragged to military tribunals, and even civil war. I know there are some very good people here who believe all of that will happen, so - like the Kraken and CAG snatching servers from the CIA in Frankfurt stories - I think it’s best I don’t mention what I think are the real chances of any of that happening. There are some good people holding onto hope, and for their sakes I hope I’m wrong....

I’ve been hearing a lot of stupid plans for Trump lately. This plan is the least stupid.
Impound voting machines? Pffffft. Like closing the gate AFTER the horse gets out.
If your gonna impound the machines, start with Georgia first! There an another Steal going on there right now!
Yes! This plan is indeed the least stupid. Hard to believe that all evidence on these machines is still there and not erased. But there is no downside in trying. None at all.
* Lawful election requires this action.
* Without lawful elections We-The-People no longer have representative government.
Lack of representation in government is exactly why our country began the Revolutionary War.

This reminds me of that. Unfortunately I feel if Trump was going to invoke special powers, he would have done it already. He apparently is listening to his close advisors and hiding under his desk and no special action will take place in spite of all the wishful thinking we do here. I further suspect his Military has told him they will not comply, just like all the alphabet agencies have refused to reveal what they have found until after Joe is sworn in. Notice how much negativity is heaped on Lin Wood and Sydney Powell about them not showing their proof when The President has shown us nothing, his agencies are stonewalling him?
