Different suit?
😒
Different source. Interesting how different sources spin the story.
Read the opinion. There were 3 dissents, but a 4-judge majority rejected all of Trump's claims.
You're too fast for me! Disregard the post I just put up. :-)
YES, DIFFERENT SUIT
Is this the suit that was heard this weekend with all of the byotchy women beating up the lawyers the whole time? If so, it was lost before it started, lol.
They don’t want to throw out the legitimate ones with the illegitimate. That’s actually fair. The laches argument is still dumb, but suing to revoke certification is also an option given that the court has ruled that these ballots ARE illegal. The issue is nobody can know which ones are illegal, but we DO know that it’s enough to call the result into question. Therefore, asking for certification to be revoked is a more fair remedy than throwing out all the good votes with the bad.
HUH? They’re going to certify with votes that another judge says can’t be counted?
What is going on?

Seems President Trump has a royal flush in hand and was just baiting his opponents to go all-in.
Officials that knowingly certified a fraudulent election are about to have a bad time.
What a false headline.
2 different suits.
Swamp creature makes news......
Barr dismisses Trump’s tweets as ‘the deposed king ranting’ and ‘isn’t scared’ by President calling him a ‘big disappointment’ for keeping the Hunter Biden tax probe secret until after the election, report claims
A source told CNN Barr is unequally as unimpressed with Trump and is just riding out his time left until they both leave office
This can be one of the appeals to SCOTUS on the merits. Trump now has this one and the PA suit for appeal on the merits, I believe. Have other State Supreme courts ruled on the merits?
Mark Steyn filling in for Rush just confirmed it that Wisconsin Supreme Court has indeed rejected Trump’s case.
That’s my take. Trump certainly has standing.
