I am okay with Rudy but I hope it’s someone other than him making the case before the Supreme Court.
Like many of us, he’s not what he was 30 years ago. I am not faulting him for that.
I see. We will see — probably there will be two or three lawyers at the supremes. Rudy looks like he will be one since he’s taking such a vigorous public lead now. But we just can’t really know this soon. I’m confident it will be more then one attorney however
Right now he’s making the case before the people and the media. Schooling them on what is legally evidence and what isn’t, to keep everything straight. He has a razor-sharp mind and is a force of nature when it comes to making his point.
Too many idiots voicing opinions who don’t know anything about the law and what is and isn’t evidence.
Jay Sekulow is a very experienced and successful appellate litigator. He will be the one arguing in the Appellate Courts; or he certainly should be.
