A source who spoke to Breitbart News on background suggested that the team had hoped to work with her, but that Powell’s public claims had gone beyond the scope of the evidence they had seen and believed they could prove in court.
Powell had pursued a theory that Dominion voting machines, operating with Smartmatic software, were manipulable and had been responsible for switching votes from Trump to Democratic challenger Joe Biden. She also alleged that Dominion had worked with foreign governments, including Venezuela, and produced an affidavit purporting to support that allegation.
She had not yet provided evidence that votes had actually been changed, however, and has faced increasing public criticism.

There were a fair amount of skeptical folks here, but far too many were defending her, her approach and strategy.

I was a big fan of Powell for quite a few years. But the last week or so she has gotten way out over her skis. Her interviews sounded fantastical and that is never a good thing.
The reality is the only reason people like Powell, Wood and Giuliani are front and center is because the GOP/RNC is AWOL. They want Trump gone every bit as much as the Dems do and it shows every single day.
While the journalists were askung, the bigger question was why it wasn’t in the lawsuits. Which fed the narrative of where is the proof.

Her interviews about Flynn being framed sounded fantastical too- unbelievable, really- and yet, they were all true. The corruption is that great.
Well Trump’s legal team is iffy I fear. I wondered why the Trump team was not prepared for all this as they knew it was coming, talked endlessly about it. I think they got too consumed with all those pre election rallies to see the big picture. They should have had legal teams in every questionable state ready to go, waking judges up and flooding the courts with filings. I am not sure what the game plan is, not clear at all. Sour grapes and ego? Denial? If he has a plan its not clear at all.
Interesting...I wonder why they didn’t put her on the legal team. Too much of a loose cannon?

What the deal may be: the election fraud case has to be brought by voters who believed they were disenfranchised. Votes switched in front of them, poll workers changing ballots, etc. Truly of the people.
Sidney found the MEANS of the disenfranchisement. Now the whole thing separates because her findings have taken on a life of their own.

It is true, people are reading more into it.
“Every ethnic and age group was offered something for free by the democrats.”
That has certainly been the MO of the Democrats in the past, especially in 2008 and 2012. But this time Biden campaigned hardly at all. Almost all of his campaigning was Trump hatred and baseless bashing. I didn’t hear him promise free stuff this time around.
It also involves republicans.
