That’s the problem right there. If they really want this thing to work, assuming it’s even worth doing, the category of eligible farmers should be EXPERIENCED BLACK FARMERS ONLY!!!
I’m not sure how well the training requirement would take for the new Black farmers (just like for new farmers of any race).
It’s not about farming to raise crops and feed people.
It’s about “farming” the federal moola machine to send reparations to greedy people who know how to game the system.
