This Newsmax interview with a "Brian Trascher – a political commentator and member of the Trump Recount Committee" suggests that there was, in fact, a German server tallying election results that is currently being analyzed. Start at about 2:45 for the relevant part.

Sidney Powell have not claimed that the US Military seized a private server in Germany.
In fact, she has not claimed that anyone has.
The overseas server fairy tale is a rabbit hole. You’d think after 4 years of this sunshine pumping nonsense that folks would start catching on. Apparently, not.

A simple google search on Brian reveals that he is a person of power. He’s a delegate of GOP in Louisiana and on the Trump Campaign.
That said, not sure if he’s simply repeating rumors.
I’m beginning to think the rumors are convenient for Trump because they are not being dispelled. Even Powell and Rudy were vague about the servers when asked today.

The reporter asked about the “reports of” hardware being confiscated. But Sidney said the reports were true and somehow related to the election. She did not know who seized it.
I’m not claiming the story is true. She may very well be wrong or misinformed, but Sydney wasn’t just acknowledging reports. She very specifically confirmed that it had been seized.
