With a greater focus on enforcing mask wearing on the horizon, the city of Bend has a hotline residents can call about businesses not adhering to the statewide mask mandate. The city established a complaint hotline for people to report businesses that are not following the COVID-19 related rules set back in July, during a previous peak in the spread of coronavirus. The number is 541-323-7155.
Callers to the hotline must leave a message and include the name of the business, the date and time of the violation and a description of the violation, according to the city. Anonymous calls are not accepted.
In response to a spike in COVID-19 cases, the Bend City Council preliminarily supported increasing the civil penalty for businesses violating the mask order to a Class A civil infraction, which comes with a fine up to $750.
Individuals not following the Oregon Health Authority mask guidelines in Bend still are subject to a $100 civil penalty for the first violation, $250 for the second, and $500 for a third violation. These penalties were adopted in July.

Get the hotline number over to 4chan and TheDonald and have them just spam it to death and snitch on random people. Use the hotline to report Gavin Newsom. Hell, use it to report Ted Wheeler LOL. If you can’t shut it down, then just make it irrelevant.
Another revenue stream. Another reason for people to leave the state.
Rapidly happening here. In fact, people are even volunteering for the job. Karens in the parish “turned in” my church because not everybody was wearing a mask. It’s a huge church, plenty of space, just sit somewhere else if you’re worried. But the thrill of turning in your priest and fellow parishioners is just too good to miss.
Informers and Stasi go hand in hand.
Report people who are dead. If they can vote, then let’s make sure they wear a mask too.

Yes. I visited in 1984. Also, there’s a LOT of ROOM. You’re not crowded. Masks outside are pointless and serve no health benefit. Without a health benefit, health orders have no power.
Also, you need legislation to make this illegal.

My grandmother lived in Bend back in the 80s and early 90s. It was staring to go hippie-dippy then. Guess it got worse.

Horrifying. How do you prove your neighbor wasn’t wearing a mask? You don’t need to I’m sure. Anything goes in the era of “snitch”.
File a FOIA, get the names, then publicly publish them
