Georgia Senate Democrat candidate Raphael Warnock in 2019 called for the mass release of prisoners, saying, “Somebody’s got to open up the jails and let our children go.” In 2013, Warnock called for the creation of a “militant church.”
“It’s not enough to decriminalize marijuana; somebody’s got to open up the jail cells and let our children go,” Warnock said during a “Let My People Go: Ending Mass Incarceration” conference at Ebenezer Baptist Church in June last year.

Pretty much anyone on the Left subscribing to this type of liberation theology is a loon.
anyone calling for the wholesale release of inmates should be conscripted to a week in max security general population. Then they can offer their opinion.
Given their high recidivism rate, I expect that releasing such crims will not result in long sentences in prisons, but longer ones in graveyards. And this same woman will be complaining that the person who ventilated them during an armed robbery should not have done so.
