As health experts and states issue warnings about Thanksgiving that include limiting the number of people who can gather, eating outdoors, and in some cases quarantining for two weeks prior, CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dr. Anthony Fauci are already looking ahead to Christmas as coronavirus case numbers continue to rise.
Noting that Fauci thinks Americans should cancel Turkey Day plans with people outside of one’s family, Tapper wondered when people can start to “safely gather for family events like this.”

I don’t worship terminology from a Hollywood movie like the matrix. It doesn’t rise to being iconic in my view, like a 1984 Orwell book.

If this gets stolen from Trump then all this is meaningless. Being red pilled won’t matter. They will NEVER allow someone to make REAL conservative change like Trump has. They will ALLOW conservatives who talk a good game but in reality won’t be able to or won’t want to make substantive policy changes.
While Elon Musk was dealing with the California government over the COVID shutdown, he tweeted out that America needs to take the Red Pill. The reference was to the Matrix movie which as many have said in this thread, is not that big of a deal, but here’s the thing.... Saying take the Red Pill really got under the skin of the libtards.
For that reason alone, I like the term. You guys need to take the Red pill and wake up... This irritates the left to no end. Therefore in my book its a good term.

That’s all well and good but it still doesn’t explain what the hell a “red pill” is/does.
This is a good example of how bad computer models plus the precautionary principle lead to DISASTROUS policies.
They never should have used the London Imperial model. They predicted 150 million dead of bird flu and up to 150,000 dead of mad cow disease. Few groups have a HISTORY of bad projections 1000x off ... and still get consulted.
