The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, cites an assortment of allegations made by the Trump campaign, Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel, right-wing media organizations and ongoing lawsuits filed since the election.
Plaintiffs also cite ongoing investigations launched by the Michigan Legislature and a variety of other claims that have been debunked. The allegations include charges of Republican ballot challengers being harassed and illegal tampering with ballots.
Plaintiffs conclude that “this evidence suffices to place in doubt the November 3 presidential election results in identified counties and/or the state as a whole.” However, the group of voters also claims to have additional evidence of illegal ballots being included in unofficial results, based on “expert reports" and data analysis.
“Upon information and belief, the expert report will identify persons who cast votes illegally by casting multiple ballots, were deceased, had moved, or were otherwise not qualified to vote in the November 3 presidential election, along with evidence of illegal ballot stuffing, ballot harvesting, and other illegal voting,” the lawsuit states.

This suit would throw out 400,000 Trump votes and 800,000 Biden votes. It is not a partisan thing.

Yep, we all know how they debunk these claims. They go through the list of dead voters to find one who isn’t dead. Then they run news stories about it non stop and claim that dead people voting was debunked. This crap won’t fly in court.

The new lawsuit seeks to eliminate ballots cast in Wayne, Washtenaw and Ingham counties, which would amount to 1.2 million votes, giving Trump the lead in Michigan.
Throwing out every vote from those counties would invalidate legitimate votes as well as illegal votes, and would disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters. No court is going to order that.
This will never happen. No way will a judge rule that ALL ballots from 3 counties should be tossed because SOME of them might be (and most likely were) fraudulent. I am not a lawyer but I am fairly certain that the GOP will need to determine which ballots are fraudulent and then THOSE ballots may be tossed.
The real issue is that mail in (not absentee) ballots should have never be permitted in the first place. Unfortunately it’s too late to fight that battle but it’s not too late to prevent this from reoccurring
If they throw 400,000 votes in every state, then Trump got only about 50 million.
I actually went to abc news to see what they were or were not saying. There are still many judges in power who are far left. Like the not-Just-judge in Flynn’s case.

Mail-in ballot Print logs counts= Mailing postage counts
reprinted logs (Small for print spoilage only not reprinteing of ballots tfrom voter requests)
voter Database updates from mailed, received, to voted = number of ballots cast counted – reprint (Should be a log of these should be very small)
input Postage plus non mailed ballots = mail-in ballot cast/count
This assumes there are no process controls which would be altered.
...........the way I understand things is based upon what several articles I’ve read about Article 12 have claimed.
Namely, “power” on this Presidential Election does no longer ultimately lie in the courts. It lies in whether or not State Legislators of the six states “CERTIFY” the coup which is a requirement for the Dems to win anything! So, the several state Legislatures can just throw up their hands and say F it!..., I’m not certifying what was a coup whether John Roberts or any other judge says so or not!
So, the election will be decided by the House of Representatives, NOT THE COURTS, and since the Republicans have more delegations now and even more when that vote would take place, the outcome is already written in granite. Republicans win pursuant to Article 12 of the Constitution.
Feel free to argue my points if you disagree. It’s amazing how many smart people don’t get this, like Kurt S. and others.
Makes no sense that Trump lost with those margins.
