Lucy Corrato, a 91-year-old former South Philadelphia resident, is a longtime, dedicated nonvoter.
She arrived at St. Francis Center for Rehabilitation & Health Care in 2014 having deliberately avoided voting for decades.
Nicholas Corrato estimated that his mother hadn't voted in at least 30 years because she never wanted to get called for jury duty. Philadelphia election officials say they have no record that she was ever registered to vote in the city.
This spring, Corrato's streak was broken.
On April 17, the last day to register before the May primary, she became a registered voter in Delaware County
Minutes later, an application for an absentee ballot was submitted on her behalf for the Democratic primary, according to the election bureau time stamp.
Corrato's signature is missing from both forms. She has insisted to her son that she didn't vote and that no one asked her about registering.
"There wasn't a signature. There was just an x," said Nicholas Corrato, who has power of attorney for his mother. "She was either coerced or someone else put an x for her name."
"That's voter fraud," Corrato, 67, a retired salesman, said in his home near 19th and Oregon Streets.

What do you expect. This is Philadelphia and they have been fixing elections for Decades and they will continue to do it as long as they are controlled by Democrats and nobody is thrown in Jail.
Voter fraud was massive. Impossible to trace every instance, just like the Dems planned.
The voter fraud this year was wide spread, because it had to be to overcome Trump’s output of voters.
I picture all these little pajama girls and boys, scampering around to alter the outcome, probably with help from China.
Biden said it was the most organized Election Fraud set up of all time, and that he didn’t need support before the election but after the election.
It’s amazing to me, how so many people in the media and the few in the GOP are not upset about this.

Every Trump supporter with an elder in assisted living needs to check on and verify their elder’s voting history, especially for this election.
When fraud is found, report it to the police. All over America. Now!
Figure lots of greasy-haired, soy-guzzling college students completing ballot after ballot with the expectation their student loan debts will be erased.
Don’t have to trace every instance. Just create an avalanche of court challenges to prevent the election from getting certified.
No certification means no electors voting for Biden at the electoral college. If Biden doesn’t reach 270, Trump wins.

Yep, the most likely penalty for vote fraud is probation and sometimes a fine of less than $500. The law has no teeth.

We control that state legislatures in all these swing states (including PA) don’t we?
Time to bring in very heavy sentences for ballot fraud (up to 50 years in jail), plus heavy fines.
Allow them to get away with? A Question? Not really. They have been getting away with it in Philly for decades. Why should they stop?
Maybe Red States should adopt the Election practices of Philly, Detroit and a few other Urban Blue Cities. If they do that, maybe they can Neutralize Dem. Fraud. Fight Fire with Fire... Oh excuse me. If Republicans did it, unlike Democrats, they would go to jail.
