There must be a law suit prohibiting Biden from consideration pending a rigorous mental and physical examination. He must be disqualified prior to being sworn in

He certainly meant certified by the press. He knows nothing about constitutional law. Not even enough to honestly take the basic oath of a public servant to uphold it.
Those words from a man who appears to have advanced dementia, for sure. Or he is a pathological liar. Or both. Biden’s handlers knows that what comes out of his is terribly problematic. But they are in blitzkrieg mode, moving at warp speed, to overtake the White House. Their intent is to make Trump look like an obstructionist who refuses to accept the results of this so-called election. This could get really ugly.
Biden’s going to break a lot of promises. He’s an old swamp dweller who’s used to saying whatever it takes to get elected.
We know what a promise from a Commiecrat is worth. Nothing.
Biden can say anything he wants to advance his agenda. He could say the world is flat. There is no accountability required. The media are his, part of his team.

The word “promise” does not appear in the Democrat dictionary.
It is a foreign, and un-translateable, term.
knowing what we already know, I think it’s safe to say that he forgot.
That’s when he thought it would be a Trump blowout and it would take a while to manufacture enough fraud to take it. The goal was to make Trump look like an arrogant dictator when he declared victory. But when it turned out close enough that they could just steal it on election night (more or less) that went out the window.
Biden lies about everything. He swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States when he became Senator and when he became Vice President.
