This is the first time I’ve seen this particular item.
That said - almost all of these reports about stealing the election have lots of information, are complicated, and don’t have the shock and awe value for most people.
There isn’t a single image (like Gary Hart with his mistress on the yacht) or statement that brings the entire idea into focus.
Of course, even if there were, it wouldn’t get published by the MSM.

If the linearity of the slope isn’t a good enough image then I’d say you don’t want to know. That slope doesn’t occur in nature. Hell it’s driven by the INCREASE in Republicanisim in a district.
