The electronic fraud is inserted after ballots are counted and at the point of or after the count is added to the totals. Lost votes are done to arrange the percentages the way the algorithm is set to project. The President’s turnout was so massive and unexpected in demon rat strongholds that votes of both candidates need to be lost so that the percentages could reflect the pre determined ratios. How many legitimate votes biden/heels up got is a good question, since fraudulent counts and switches and deleted ballots are so pervasive.
I am still a little fuzzy on what you described, but does that imply that an honest paper ballot re-canvassing will identify the problem and result in a correct count?
