The Colorado version of the Dominion Democracy Suite® EMS Results Tally & Reporting User Guide EXPLICITLY tells how to "edit" the results on page 42:

6. Once a Contest Result object has been created and selected from the list below the user can enter data on the right side of the contest result list. The following items can be edited:

• Turnout statistics including: Total Voters Cast, Total Cards Cast, DRE Voters Cast and DRE Cards Cast.
• Contest level statistics including: overvotes, undervotes, blanks, double votes, invalid votes, write-in overrides.
• Votes per candidates and party affiliation
• Write-in resolution is also possible for manually entered write-in votes in the same way as for regular result files.

What gets me about these voting machines is they keep saying “the algorithm”, outside of the security and basics for the operating systems, all they are doing is adding. Yes it’s technically an algorithm, but any second grader could do it. They love using those fancy words so people will be scared, claim ignorance and run with the narrative they are given.

DHS cyber agency invests in election auditing tool to secure 2020 elections
The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) cybersecurity agency announced Thursday it would partner with election officials and private sector groups to develop an election auditing tool that can be used to help ensure the accuracy of votes in 2020.

DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is partnering with non-profit group VotingWorks on an open-source software tool known as Arlo, which is provided to state and local election officials for free.

According to CISA, Arlo conducts an audit of votes by selecting how many ballots and which ballots to audit and comparing the audited votes to the original count.

The tool has already been used to conduct post-election audits across the country, including during the recent 2019 elections. Election officials in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Virginia, Ohio and Georgia have signed on to partner with CISA on Arlo, with more officials expected to join.

“Heading into 2020, we’re exploring all possible ways that we can support state and local election officials while also ensuring that Americans across the country can confidently cast their votes,” CISA Director Christopher Krebs said in a statement.

Krebs added that “At a time when we know foreign actors are attempting to interfere and cast doubt on our democratic processes, it’s incredibly important elections are secure, resilient, and transparent.”

I've been trying to play with this, but am frustrated. I'd imported a csv version with 8215 non-zero time stamped state (no DC) entries into database software and was able to sort them by time within each state series. Broke the cumulative vote totals by the included 3 digit dem. and rep. shares and assigned the reminder to a generic 3rd party column. Computed the change in dem. rep., 3rd, and total vote for each incremental state entry compared to previous timestamp. Figured switch and losses would show up as negative increments, but there were lots of negative increments, some Trumps, more Bidens, many 3rds and 38 in which the total vote count dropped. I see the data pointed to as Antrim, MI but am missing something in terms of how to separate "switch" and "lost" from merely negative increments. I WANT this to pan out, but we can't afford to make claims that don't hold up when other candidate fraud claims are available.

I see sources for the data in JSON format and my db claims to be able to import JSON, but it refuses to import these JSON files and I don't know enough about JSON to understand why.
