There is also a contract law argument. The Constitution is a contract, not a treaty. Under contract law, fraud vitiates everything. A fraudulent presidential election vitiates the concept of the Union itself. This gets into deep constitutional waters, but it's a compelling argument. It would be an argument for the dissolution of the Union should the fraud not be corrected.

Yes, they may not have a military division but Alito does have the Federal Marshal Service to enforce Federal Authority. You might want to brush up on these particular federal law enforcement officers as they fall under the auspice of the Judicial branch.

The question is : “How many of them were illegal”? I must admit that I am a bit confused.
The only recourse, if the USSC really wanted to get extreme, would be that they could order an immediate single-day in-person election, with ID verification and with the counting monitored by federal law enforcement.
Wasn’t the 14th amendment the winning argument in Bush v Gore? They argued that different counties using differing standards and only limited recounts was a 14th amendment violation, since the votes of some people were being treated differently than those of others.

Why would they want to hide that all of a sudden?
It seems this WOULD be impactful. I thought the # of ballots received after 8pm is thought to be 130,000 & Biden’s lead in PA (now including those ballots) is only 37,000. Am I wrong?
