The disparity between Trump numbers and down ballot GOP numbers, IMO, comes down to personal dislike for Trump, voter fraud or both. I do not yet know which of these it is. In the meantime, I will support Trump’s legal fight for the reasons you state. This election must be biopsied very thoroughly.

This should be relatively straightforward to determine— just perform a state by state comparison and a county by county comparison.
imho they can’t all be equally effective in committing vote fraud in every state, and every county within every state.
this ratio should be one of the telltale indicators.
dragging out the vote count severely compresses the amount of time available to litigators to gather evidence and for the courts to hear evidence.
if for any reason the evidence can not be gathered, imho this opens the door to the possibility of a nationwide voiding of the federal election results for the presidential election, and throwing the issue into the House of Representatives.
It would be sad if the Democrats eventually lose both the Presidency and the House when they swung for the fences on the Presidential ballot and skipped over attending to the House balloting.
