What are the straight up examples of fraud proof besides MI? (Where more ballots were counted than there are registered voters)

The reported vote count as it stands now is proof of fraud in Wisconsin. There are according to a 2020 updated website about 3.2 million registered total Wisconsin voters though one source says it was 3.6. Yet the recorded voted numbers show 3.3 million have voted total in Wisconsin or 101 per cent beyond the official voting registration number.
There’s your fraud. It is not possible!

This is what I have so far:
- all late found votes going to Biden in WI (100% is statistically impossible)
- more people voted in MI than are registered.
