NYT still reporting just 91 percent have been counted. And I just don’t know why NC has not been called for him.

They would literally have to manufacture 120,000 votes from a few thousand voters

There actually are about 100,000 or so votes to count from Atlanta and maybe 20-40,000 around the state.
