So, where does this leave us? The Democrats on the state supreme court have effectively stripped Pennsylvania election officials of any practical way to challenge mail-in ballots of whatever provenance before they are counted. Consequently, the outcome of the presidential election will come down to a post-Election Day knife fight (to borrow Steve Bannons apt metaphor) in which Republicans will be forced to produce evidence to rebut the judicially imposed presumption that any and all mail-in ballots are legitimate.
But, when dealing with untold thousands of non-postmarked ballots, what kind of evidence can practically and timely be adduced to prove that they werent mailed on or before Election Day? Or that ballots presumed valid despite mismatched signatures were not signed by the purported voters? And who will decide if these presumptions have been rebutted by the evidence in any given case? The Democrat Secretary of State? The
Democrat majority on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court? And what chance is there that the U.S. Supreme Court will act after the fact to invalidate the votes made pursuant to the rules that prevailed at the time they were cast?
Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich has tweeted that Pennsylvania Democrats are methodically changing the rules so they can steal the election. It is amazingly open, dishonest, ruthless and will work unless the state (especially Philadelphia) is flooded with law enforcement.
I hate to break the news to Newt, but under Pennsylvanias new rules, law enforcement neither has the tools nor stands a chance of stopping the fraud. So it is that the ultimate outcome of the presidential election may come down in the final analysis to the last-minute re-writing of Pennsylvanias election laws by four Democrats on the state supreme court.

Why does Pennsylvania have a Democrat Court?
1) They are elected at-large. Currently every member of the court hails from Philly or the Philly suburbs. There is an effort to amend the State Constitution and assign them to run by districts that are scattered around the state.
2) They run in an off-year election where people generally aren’t paying attention. The Dems saw this and exploited it to the hilt. Turnout for that race was something like 18% which allowed Democrat activists to run the table.
We’ve paid a very steep price for being asleep on that. The same court has banned voter ID and refused to end Tom Wolf’s lockdowns.
Order the Post Office to seize any ballots that come in the day after the election. When they have all been collected, than a committee of Democrats and Republicans must both agree on which ones will be counted.
yup- these are the same posters who regurgitated the lie “O’Reilly has information the NYSlimes/WaComPost will drop a big anti-Trump story on Sunday,” without actually listening to what was said.
“They are elected at-large.”
An at-large election in a state like Pennsylvania is the equivalent of forgoing the Electoral College in favor of the popular vote nationally. Democrats love to use this trick to seize power over entire states by stuffing ballots in the urban areas they control.
Trump will win PA... but heres the dirty little secret.
Just like 16, he wont need it.
Made a small adjustment and the answer is yes.

Sounds dishonest to say the least, and outright criminal to be more accurate. It should not be legal to have an election, especially an election for judges, where only Democrats are aware that an election is taking place.
The PA GOP laughed off the Supreme Court a few years ago, they ran joke candidates and didn’t take it seriously. The dems got control and immediately weaponized it. The PA GOP is to blame.
PA AG seemingly already knows the outcome

“If push comes to shove the Republican controlled state legislature can select the electors. This may be our only recourse to the blatant theft that is being orchestrated by the Democrats. I pray for once the Republican party has the balls to fight back.”
I think it was on thursday’s mark levin show that he said Republicans in the legislature have been non-responsive to strong urging to use their power in this regard.
All the states the Dem use for vote fraud and ballot tampering have had stories planted in the media that “right wing conspiracy theory types” and “extreme right wingers” won’t accept the wonderful mandate for Biden and the Dem wave.
This means they themselves are the ones who will not accept the vote and will destroy their opposition if they can.
If they can cheat, we can too.
“Stealing Pennsylvania thanks to the Democrat state Supreme Court.”
As upheld by Roberts.
Virtually every thread on FR today will be nothing but people repeating the same canned lines about fraud, and “rumors” of all types of plots.
The AG of Penn has already declared Biden the winner on twitter.
Ohio is accepting ballots until Nov 13th and results should be in by Nov 28th.
Utah accepting ballots until Nov 10th through 17th depending on county.
Hundreds of buildings will be burned down by antifa/blm before we know the election results.
Welcome to Election 2020
I think you’re correct about him winning PA but I think he will need it. You must have him winning in WI and/or MI too?
“Currently every member of the court hails from Philly or the Philly suburbs.”
Filthy big city democrats.
They will not be able to manufacture enough ballots. It looks like the Republicans in that state (smartly) waited until Election Day to cast their ballots. Then in 2 years they have to get that governor out of there. I hope in 2022 Trump will do these rallies again so we don’t have a repeat of 2018.
I hope that Trump’s operatives are flooding the R precincts with an equivalent number of “Special” ballots...
Fight fire with fire...!
They won't. They've already served notice in South Carolina that they won't.
