This is flat out murder. If anyone is familiar with basics, there are a few factors. Location is one, such as defending yourself in your own home, or not having a reasonable chance to escape an altercation. Belief in your own imminent harm and a reasonable proportional response is another. Attempts to leave the altercation, the duty to retreat, are considered also.

There is NOTHING in this case that can be successfully argued that shows this is what happened. It is VERY different from the Rittenhouse case.

It is VERY different from the Rittenhouse case.

Just to back up your statement: Rittenhouse was even pepper-sprayed by a rioter earlier in the night, and he didn't shoot the person. He shot no one until the pedophile tried to take his firearm.

Left-wing protesters have been pepper-spraying people. But, when the pro-Trump supporter was killed in Portland and now this man is killed in Denver, both times the Left CLAIMED that the killers were acting in self-defense against pepper spray.

Is the Left saying that pepper spray is a reason to shoot someone?
