A woman I heard on a right wing talk show said “I am a suburban woman and the anti-Trump wave is a myth.”
I don’t buy that at all. Why would anyone be embarrassed or uncomfortable admitting they support Trump to a random anonymous pollster in a private phone call?
Also, the rallies, boat parades, etc etc kind of fly in the face of the claim that there is a “shy” Trump vote.
Possible but I think what we had here was a poll of registered voters, smaller sample size and Democrats oversampled. That would produce these results.
Well, supposedly Trump is losing ground with seniors and suburban women. Seniors, I guess due to the virus. For some reason they don’t think Trump did enough to what??? That I don’t know.

None I have seen show anything but net movement toward Trump regardless of what their headline says.

First of all, I don't even answer my phone if I don't recognize the caller-ID, so any pollsters are not going to get through to me.
Second, anybody who knows me knows my views and knows they don't change -- you could fill out my questionnaire without even asking me, just take all the most conservative pro-Trump answers.
So what do pollsters make of people like you & me?
We're the base, we're solid, and the only question for us is, what percent of us will vote?
Well, normally the answer is: nearly 100%, but this year...
This year with mass mailings maybe our ballots get "lost" and others substituted... could it happen?
I don't know -- most certainly not in my local precinct, but who knows what goes on in the big cities?
So I suspect these pro-Biden polls are telling us what will happen if Democrats are entirely successful in "harvesting" their big-city voter base.
I am thinking Trump is up 2 nationally in the popular vote. But, hey, I’d much rather see it in the numbers than in my model.
In 2016, the RCP poll average had Trump up 4.8pts in Georgia. He won by 5.1pts, almost exact.
There was a poll during the cycle claiming Hillary up 10 in GA at one point... it was as laughable as these two
The left is trying to say that the Trump campaign is running low on cash. I realize that Biden is getting money from BLM, Soros, and rich celebrities, but I don’t see how Trump’s campaign could be low on cash. This is nuts.

Show me any poll any one. State or National that asks these 2 basic questions:
Who did you vote for in 16?
And
Who do you plan to vote for in 20?
That shows the net movement in the results of those questions that isn’t toward Trump.
Show me one, just one.
To date I have not seen any one nor has anyone been able to provide me with one.
I don’t care what the top headline of the poll says, until you show me a poll showing Trump is not gaining support via those questions the top line is garbage.
If Trump is going to lose, let alone lose BIG, you need to see massive movement away from him... yet, not on single poll I have seen, that provides that info shows anything but net gains for Trump not losses.
Can manipulate headline by sampling and weighting but can’t manipulate raw data. And raw data for those 2 standard questions would need to be showing massive movement away from Trump for Biden to win big. And movement away from Trump for Biden to win at all...
Yet to date I have not seen 1 poll national, state or otherwise taken by anyone that shows this. Not one

I can tell you there is no way he’s losing FL, NC, OH or PA
So what’s left?
He’d have to lose all of MI, WI and AZ and not pick up anything else.
And even then neither person gets 270.. which would hand it to the house who clearly would install Biden.. and the senate would install a GOP VP.

Could Biden somehow win? Anything is possible, but any poll claiming either one of them is up 16 points is ludicrous on its face..
That’s Reagan V Mondale territory... and there is no way in hell Thats happening.
My expectation is Trump will overperform 16 across the board. He will take every state he took in 16 and add most if not all states he lost by less than 5.
Which means he adds NV, NH, MN to name a few.
We will see how it plays out. But remember Hillary was up 12 in the polls on 10/23/2016...
